📋 Description

• Global Payroll Operations: Coordinate and process DV Global Payrolls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Payroll Transformation: Support transition from Papaya Global to CloudPay with parallel runs.
• Vendor management: Partner with CloudPay, manage SLAs and service quality.
• Equity Support: Handle equity compensation processing per country regulations.
• Time Management: Ensure deadlines are met for payroll responsibilities.
• Stabilize Workday Payroll: Ensure Workday integration, troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in international payroll and US payroll for corporate.
• Technical Skills: Workday (required); OSV, CloudPay, Papaya Global.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organization and accuracy, deadline-focused.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; global relationships.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, and other teams.
• Global Payroll Transactions: Experience managing payroll for global employees is a plus.
