🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in implementation/onboarding/cs in SaaS PEO.
- Familiar with co-employment, payroll tax, and benefits administration.
- Strong project management; manage multiple client timelines.
- Clear, empathetic communication with proactive guidance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Ops.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Notion or Monday.com experience is a plus.
