• Primary contact for payroll customers to set up and transition to Remote.
• Analyze payroll needs and provide recommendations.
• Lead implementation of new customers onto Remote Global Payroll.
• Collect required data and configure payroll per legal entity.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and wage tax reconciliation.
• Verify payroll and tax setup complies with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of Global Payroll Implementation experience with statutory tax regs.
• Global Payroll technical implementation setup on local payroll software.
• End-to-end Global Payroll and HR process understanding.
• Payroll operations experience and statutory requirements.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects with stakeholders; analytical mindset.
• Fluent English; asynchronous work mindset.
