📋 Description

• Global payroll data analysis: Collect, analyze, interpret payroll data for accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure payroll processes adhere to country tax and regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Support payroll processing, validate data, identify discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Analyze procedures and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Auditing & Reconciliation: Audit payroll records and reconcile with general ledger accounts.
• Collaboration & Stay Updated: Coordinate with external vendors and Finance; stay current with payroll regs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in payroll analysis or related payroll/finance roles.
• Technical Skills: Payroll software, accounting experience, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, data transformation tooling.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in payroll data, reports, and reconciliations.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
