Global Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain payroll data by collecting, calculating and entering it
• Process US and Canadian payroll in UKG; validate inputs and produce W-2s/T4s
• Assist international payroll inputs using Papaya Global or Deel
• Maintain UKG time management (UTM) for non-exempt payroll
• Generate and balance payroll journal entries to the GL
• Respond to SSA and other federal, state, and local agency inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• UKG Pro (Ultimate Software) experience is required
• Deel global payroll experience is preferred
• Experience with stock transactions and tax implications (NQSO/ISO/RSU/ESPP)
• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPP a plus
• 3+ years payroll administration experience in a public company
• Deep understanding of federal, state and local payroll tax laws and regs
