- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems
- Data-driven with KPIs, dashboards, and using insights to drive program changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complexity into clear guidance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for continuous improvement
