Execute end-to-end movement of shipments and ensure data integrity.
Work with Flexport Squad Ops, customs teams, subcontractors, carriers, and terminals to move shipments on time.
Escalate issues promptly to deliver the best customer experience.
Use metrics to spot opportunities and improve shipment timeliness.
Follow SOPs to meet KPIs and SLAs in line with productivity goals.
Analyze data to root-cause defects and support continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year relevant experience; new grads encouraged.
Excellent customer service skills with empathy and prioritization.
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including holidays/weekends/night shifts.
Based at Flexport’s first operations center.
