🎯 Requirements
- MBA or Master’s in SCM/Industrial Eng/Operations/Finance/Econ, 2024+
- 4+ years in engineering, manufacturing, ops, or supply chain
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- G Suite proficiency; familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
- ERP, Salesforce, Tableau, and Adaptive planning experience
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
