🎯 Requirements

- Experience standing up or operating an AI CoE at a tech company.
- Proven record leading company-wide initiatives and scaling change.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience designing enablement programs that change behavior.
- Ability to define success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
- Working knowledge of AI governance: data classification, security, compliance.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity where best practices are evolving.
