- Knowledge of immigration policies, work permits, visas, and residence permits
- Understanding of IT services principles and specifics
- Knowledge of compensation concepts: allowances, deductions, tax equalization, split payroll
- Excellent communication skills; cross-cultural collaboration
- Degree in Law/Intl Economics/Intl Affairs; proficient with Jira/Office/SharePoint/Drive/Skype
