🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in global mobility and/or corporate immigration across APAC/EMEA; LatAm is a plus.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing direct reports.
- End-to-end programs: structured process thinking, stakeholder management.
- Vendor/outside counsel management; improvements in quality and timeliness.
- Strong judgment handling sensitive, high-stakes situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex topics.
