  • Serve as primary SME for global immigration support across locations.
  • Align with the US Immigration PM; tailor for country-specific rules.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in global mobility and/or corporate immigration across APAC/EMEA; LatAm is a plus.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing direct reports.
  • End-to-end programs: structured process thinking, stakeholder management.
  • Vendor/outside counsel management; improvements in quality and timeliness.
  • Strong judgment handling sensitive, high-stakes situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex topics.
