- Support end-to-end U.S. and global immigration cases (initiation, tracking, filing).
- Serve as primary operations contact for employees and recruiters on immigration questions.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely responses and SLAs.
- Maintain immigration records and trackers (PAFs, LCA postings).
- Assist with LCA postings, PERM tasks, and standard non-immigrant visa cases.
- Triage shared inboxes and ticketing systems; escalate issues when needed.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years of immigration operations and coordination experience.
- Working knowledge of common visa types (e.g., H-1B, O-1, E-3, J-1).
- Familiarity with LCA processes, basic PERM workflows, and compliance.
- Experience with immigration case management systems or ticketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Clear communicator who follows through reliably and flags issues early.
