π― Requirements
- 5+ years in People Ops/Benefits/Global Mobility or related HR ops.
- Strong U.S. benefits, leaves, accommodations knowledge; hands-on admin.
- Experience managing U.S. and global immigration workflows with external counsel.
- Oversee Employer of Record (EOR) programs and mobility operations.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, ISO; audit prep experience.
- HRIS reporting skills; Workday experience preferred.
