  • Own US benefits administration; immigration and mobility; EOR oversight.
  • Partner with HRIS, Legal, Finance, Security, IT and People.
  • Manage benefits, leaves, accommodations, disability programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding/terminations with international vendors.
  • Prepare compliance deliverables (5500s, audits, filings).
  • Drive process improvements and cross-functional partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in People Ops/Benefits/Global Mobility or related HR ops.
  • Strong U.S. benefits, leaves, accommodations knowledge; hands-on admin.
  • Experience managing U.S. and global immigration workflows with external counsel.
  • Oversee Employer of Record (EOR) programs and mobility operations.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, ISO; audit prep experience.
  • HRIS reporting skills; Workday experience preferred.
