Global Mobility and Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage all aspects of U.S. and international immigration programs, with external counsel
• Lead end-to-end relocations (domestic and international)
• Develop and maintain global mobility policies, guidelines, and internal documentation
• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, payroll, and employment laws across jurisdictions
• Partner with Recruiting to assess visa feasibility and mobility options for candidates
• Track mobility metrics, case workflows, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR operations
• Managed U.S. immigration programs in-house and navigated complex cases
• Understand cross-border tax, relocation logistics, and compliance considerations
• Highly detail-oriented and operationally rigorous, yet pragmatic when speed is required
• Comfortable working in a flat, high-ownership environment with minimal bureaucracy
• Willing to work in-person in San Francisco or New York
