Oversee brokerage accounting and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead design and implementation of policies, processes, and controls.
Collaborate with legal/compliance on swap-dealer registration with the NFA.
Build scalable, automated financial processes and end-to-end trading system reporting.
Handle month-end close for brokerage entities and reconciliations.
Support internal/external audits and document core processes.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years accounting experience; Big 4 and/or fintech
Knowledge of blockchain tech and crypto economy
Experience accounting for digital assets, prime brokerage, and/or derivatives
NFA Series 3 license or ability to obtain within 6 months
SOX compliance experience (bonus)
Netsuite and G-Suite experience (bonus)
