Global Lead of Risk Assurance (Monitoring Framework & Reporting)

📋 Description

• Build and lead Global Risk Monitoring & Testing across US/EMEA.
• Design a risk-based assurance framework for validating key controls.
• Drive continuous, data-enabled validation using logs, extracts, dashboards.
• Ensure coverage across new products, markets, entities, and partners.
• Oversee testing of financial risk controls: FX, liquidity, capital.
• Lead deep-dive testing of operational/product controls in tech/ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Accounting, Finance, CS).
• 12–15+ years in Internal Audit/Compliance Monitoring in regulated finance.
• 5+ years leading a global/multi-jurisdiction assurance function.
• Strong knowledge of second/third-line testing methodologies.
• Experience across financial, operational, tech, and regulatory risk.
• Proven ability to translate testing outcomes into executive/regulator reporting.
