Global Inventory Control & Accuracy Lead

📋 Description

• Own global inventory count and accuracy across CoreWeave-operated and 3PL sites.
• Design, implement, and govern cycle counts, physical inventories, and ABC classification.
• Establish variance management frameworks, including investigation and reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce inventory standards, SOPs, work instructions, and policies.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Operations for controls and audits.
• Build KPI scorecards, dashboards, and reporting for inventory accuracy and variance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in inventory control, asset management, or related supply chain roles.
• Designing and governing enterprise inventory count programs across multiple locations.
• Experience managing inventory controls in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, audits, SOX controls, and adjustments.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Operations on controls.
• Hands-on with ERP, inventory/asset systems (NetSuite, NSIM, SnipeIT, WMS).
