Manage visa applications and immigration docs for global employees.
Develop mobility policies for short/long-term assignments and remote work.
Track and report global mobility data (visa status, work authorization, travel days).
Partner with external counsel/PEOs to ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.
Liaise with Finance/Tax and Legal to maintain compliant employment structures.
Serve as main point of contact for government agencies on employment matters.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years in global HR/immigration/mobility.
7+ years in global HR/immigration; strong US immigration knowledge.
Experience with HR compliance across India, Brazil, Singapore, Ireland.
Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing/ops on compliance.
Willing to travel up to 30% and relocate to Starbase, TX.
