Global Immigration and Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage visa applications and immigration documentation for sponsoring employees worldwide.
• Advise HR leadership on emergent international immigration laws and risks.
• Partner with legal to create and update global HR mobility policies.
• Partner with mobility vendor to manage cases, incl. assignments and remote work.
• Track and report global mobility data (visa status, work authorization, travel days).
• Liaise with external counsel and PEOs to ensure compliance with local laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in global HR, immigration, or mobility.
• 5+ years in global HR/immigration.
• Experience with HR compliance across India, Brazil, Singapore, Ireland.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Experience operationalizing compliance procedures and systems.
