🎯 Requirements
- Pursuing a BA/MA in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Business or related; graduating 2026 or 2027
- Knowledge of Swedish labor law; eager to learn; EU knowledge a plus
- Interested in AI; curious about AI in HR; willing to test new tools
- Solution-focused with pragmatic problem solving
- Resourceful and able to solve problems with little direction
- Strong prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in HR and eager to grow
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus
- Based in the Stockholm office
