🎯 Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Ideally, you've led a global or EMEA-wide organization before.
  • You’ve grown your career as a Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales and bring insight to best practices.
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS or AI organizations.
  • Proven track record building high-performing teams meeting objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong customer empathy and revenue-growth focus with enterprise tech knowledge.
  • Outstanding leadership, collaboration, and continuous-learning mindset.
  • Exceptional communication across mediums and stakeholders.
