- Serve as Block's senior external voice on sanctions; regulator liaison.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of sanctions compliance experience; Bachelor's required, advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in OFAC, UN, EU, OFSI sanctions regimes, including virtual assets/DeFi.
- Track record building and leading sanctions or financial crimes teams.
- Hands-on design/overhaul of sanctions screening programs at scale.
- Experience as senior-most compliance lead in regulatory exams and self-disclosures.
- Experience with ML-assisted screening tools/AI-enabled solutions.
- CAMS, CGSS, or equivalent certification preferred.
