🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR Operations or People Ops leadership.

  • Deep expertise in HR systems, process optimization, governance, scalable HR infrastructure.
  • Experience leading HRIS implementations, integrations, and transformations.
  • Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Rippling or modern HRIS; SOX/audit experience preferred.
