📋 Description

• Lead global HR Operations across onboarding to data governance.
• Build scalable HR service delivery models, SLAs, and governance.
• Modernize HR systems, workflows, controls, analytics.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance.
• Balance scalability with employee experience and governance.
• Establish clear ownership and governance across HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR Operations or People Ops leadership.
• Experience operating in global and/or public company environments.
• Deep expertise in HR systems, process optimization, governance, scalable HR infrastructure.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, integrations, and transformations.
• Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Rippling or modern HRIS; SOX/audit experience preferred.
