Oversee the FCC monitoring program with KPIs and governance alignment.
Advance continuous, data-enabled assurance via analytics and automation.
Validate system-encoded controls and thresholds; prevent logic drift.
Translate testing outcomes into executive reporting and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Information Systems, or related.
CAMS or ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
12–15+ years in FCC QA, monitoring, or internal audit.
5+ years leading global/multi-jurisdictional monitoring function.
Deep knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB.
Preferred: MBA or regulatory master's; CAMS-Audit/CISA/CIA; fintech.
