  • Lead global deal strategy vision and operating model across regions.
  • Advise Sales on strategic, competitive, and non-standard deals.
  • Escalate high-value, high-risk transactions balancing growth and risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in deal strategy, deal desk, revenue ops, pricing, or related in global SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling global teams.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS deal structuring, pricing, discount governance, approvals, and complex negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue recognition.
  • Ability to influence senior Sales and cross-functional executives in fast-paced, matrixed envs.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make sound recommendations.
  • Track record building scalable operating models, governance, and process improvements.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, CLM; bachelor's required; MBA/CPA a plus.
