- Deep expertise in SaaS deal structuring, pricing, discount governance, approvals, and complex negotiations.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue recognition.
- Ability to influence senior Sales and cross-functional executives in fast-paced, matrixed envs.
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make sound recommendations.
- Track record building scalable operating models, governance, and process improvements.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, CLM; bachelor's required; MBA/CPA a plus.
