📋 Description

• Lead the FC QA program across the business using data analytics and AI.
• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the FCQA framework.
• Manage second-line-of-defense QA assessments of AML/CFT and Sanctions controls.
• Oversee remediation and implement actions; provide feedback to governance.
• Schedule and report FC QA updates to governance committees and regulators.
• Use advanced data analytics to select risk-based control samples.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership of a FC QA team.
• Extensive FC QA or compliance testing experience (AML/CFT, Sanctions).
• Strong grasp of the 3 Lines of Defense model (second line).
• Experience with data-driven and AI tooling for QA.
• FinTech or banking experience is useful.
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills, plus strong communication.
