Global Head of Asset Management

📋 Description

• Redevelop and manage workspace services across fleet (food, janitorial, waste, security).
• Revise and manage facilities internal ticket system across HQ, labs, mfg.
• Lead national team of facilities engineers to support asset footprint.
• Develop and implement KPI framework for facilities services.
• Execute lease management strategy to optimize footprint for expanding needs.
• Lead due diligence on expanding asset footprint incl. vertiport assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of assets across multiple markets.
• Program management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Good knowledge of regulations and laws.
