  • Define and execute global liquidity strategy aligned to growth.
  • Set quarterly/annual targets for revenue, volume and spread.
  • Build and lead a multi-regional account management team; set KPIs.
  • Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships from onboarding to expansion.
  • Negotiate terms with Tier-1/2 market makers and OTC desks.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, Eng, Compliance for onboarding and regulatory alignment.

  • 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity management or market-making, with 3+ in leadership.
  • Proven onboarding/managing institutional liquidity providers or market makers.
  • Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity.
  • Strong network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements at C-suite level.
  • Experience across APAC, EMEA, Americas with regulatory sensitivity.
