🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity mgmt, or market-making; 3+ in leadership.
- Proven onboarding and managing institutional liquidity providers or market makers.
- Deep knowledge of order books, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity.
- Strong network across institutional traders, market makers, OTC desks.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements with C-suite.
- Strong analytical skills trading data liquidity metrics P/L attribution.
- Experience operating across APAC EMEA Americas with regulatory sensitivity.
