🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity mgmt, or prime brokerage.
- 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record onboarding institutional liquidity providers.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API.
- Strong network across institutional traders, market makers, OTC desks.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with CXO-level stakeholders.
