  • Define and execute global liquidity strategy aligned with growth and roadmap.
  • Set quarterly/annual liquidity provider targets (revenue, volume, spreads).
  • Build and lead cross-region account management teams; set KPIs and workflows.
  • Own end-to-end liquidity provider lifecycle: onboarding, optimization, expansion.
  • Negotiate terms with Tier-1/2 market makers and OTC desks.
  • Collaborate with Trading/Product/Eng/Compliance/Legal for onboarding and API integration.

  • 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity mgmt, or prime brokerage.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record onboarding institutional liquidity providers.
  • Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API.
  • Strong network across institutional traders, market makers, OTC desks.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements with CXO-level stakeholders.
