- Negotiate terms, fees, and SLAs with Tier-1/2 market makers and OTC desks.
- Collaborate with Trading, Product, Eng, Compliance, and Legal on onboarding and API integration.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity management, or market-making; 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record onboarding and managing institutional liquidity providers and market makers.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, and FIX/API connectivity.
- Strong network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements with C-suite.
- Analytical skills with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution.
