📋 Description

  • Coordinate event logistics: sponsorships, vendors, venues, program timelines
  • Follow planning cadences and partner with internal teams to drive results
  • Provide weekly pre-event decks updates and post-event reports
  • Coordinate sales enablement and communications for events
  • Oversee sponsor deliverables and manage partner booths on-site
  • Support speaking sessions, workshops, and sponsor sessions
  • Handle day-to-day admin: staff schedules, attendee registration, RSVPs
  • On-site execution: setup/teardown and on-site ops; travel to locations as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and success teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of event experience, preferably in high tech
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong PM skills and cross-functional leadership
  • Energetic with a can-do attitude and drive to deliver projects
  • Detail-oriented for pre-event prep and on-site execution
  • Able to balance multiple programs and handle unexpected challenges
