- Coordinate event logistics: sponsorships, vendors, venues, program timelines
- Follow planning cadences and partner with internal teams to drive results
- Provide weekly pre-event decks updates and post-event reports
- Coordinate sales enablement and communications for events
- Oversee sponsor deliverables and manage partner booths on-site
- Support speaking sessions, workshops, and sponsor sessions
- Handle day-to-day admin: staff schedules, attendee registration, RSVPs
- On-site execution: setup/teardown and on-site ops; travel to locations as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and success teams
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of event experience, preferably in high tech
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Strong PM skills and cross-functional leadership
- Energetic with a can-do attitude and drive to deliver projects
- Detail-oriented for pre-event prep and on-site execution
- Able to balance multiple programs and handle unexpected challenges
