📋 Description

• Lead complex ER cases and develop frameworks to empower leaders.
• Shape global ER strategy balancing compliance with culture.
• Operate across regions to drive ER initiatives globally.
• Build country-specific ER resources, toolkits, and guides.
• Manage end-to-end ER tasks, including investigations.
• Provide mediation and conflict resolution support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR; 4+ years ER experience.
• Expert knowledge of UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and US laws.
• APAC employment laws knowledge preferred.
• Strong relationship builder; handles difficult conversations.
• Confidentiality and stakeholder management.
• Strong time management to meet SLAs in a global org.
