- Warehouse process design and optimization (pick/pack, repack, layout)
- Cross-border/pan-European parcel network experience
- Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus
- Strong analytics: KPIs, dashboards, S&OP, capacity planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision leadership
