- Experience building multi-country ops with 3PLs and carriers.
- Strong warehouse design/optimization: pick/pack, repack, layout.
- Cross-border/pan-European parcel networks a plus.
- Global matrix experience a plus.
- Strong analytics: KPIs, dashboards, S&OP, inventory.
