🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance/growth creative (global B2C preferred)
  • Deep fluency in mobile/social-first ad formats: Meta, TikTok, YouTube
  • Proven track record with creators to produce DR ads at scale
  • Creative and analytical; use data to design testing frameworks
  • First-principles thinker with test-and-learn approach
  • Experience designing scalable creative systems: briefs, pipelines, testing
