Provide SME on global regulatory compliance (HSE, Insurance, ESG) across countries
Translate regulatory requirements into functional and system requirements (workflows, data fields)
Lead end-to-end regulatory compliance projects using JIRA and related tools
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Localization to implement requirements
Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into platform updates with guidance
Ensure timely regulatory content and updates per SLAs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, HSE, Risk Management
5 years of experience in global regulatory compliance or risk management in SaaS/tech
Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks for HSE, contractor compliance, ESG
Translate regulatory guidance into technical/functional SaaS requirements
Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and Salesforce
Fluency in English plus one of French, Japanese, German, Dutch, or Chinese
