  • Role is Global Compensation Partner within People team.
  • Support design and delivery of global compensation across US, UK, Colombia, Brazil, India.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, TA, Legal, and leaders to ensure compliant programs.
  • Lead compensation architecture, pay equity, and incentive plan governance.
  • Oversee performance management, merit cycles, and equity grants.
  • Monitor pay transparency laws and ensure compliant policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years in Total Rewards or compensation; global program experience.
  • Direct experience managing comp models in US, Brazil, and India.
  • Knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes.
  • Experience with Pave, Carta, and Radford compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication, PM, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
