- Oversee performance management, merit cycles, and equity grants.
- Monitor pay transparency laws and ensure compliant policies.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in Total Rewards or compensation; global program experience.
- Direct experience managing comp models in US, Brazil, and India.
- Knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes.
- Experience with Pave, Carta, and Radford compensation structures.
- Excellent communication, PM, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
