🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
  • Prior experience managing global or multi-country compensation programs.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills.
  • Experience with market data tools (Mercer, Radford, WTW, Culpepper).
  • CCP or GRP certification; NetSuite/HRIS familiarity preferred.
