π― Requirements
- 5β8 years in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (global).
- Strong analytics; translate data into insights and scalable solutions.
- HRIS experience; HiBob preferred; Workday or SAP SuccessFactors valuable.
- Global payroll/finance systems experience (ADP, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel/Sheets; Power BI or Tableau a plus.
- Experience leading global governance and vendor management.
