  • Lead the annual compensation cycle: merit, promotions, market adjustments, bonuses.
  • Own and refine ABBYY's global Total Rewards framework and governance.
  • Benchmark globally using Radford, Mercer, Culpepper; adjust salary ranges.
  • Partner with TA, People Ops, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors.
  • Develop global salary structures and exec-ready recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance and equity across global compensation and benefits.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (global).
  • Strong analytics; translate data into insights and scalable solutions.
  • HRIS experience; HiBob preferred; Workday or SAP SuccessFactors valuable.
  • Global payroll/finance systems experience (ADP, NetSuite).
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; Power BI or Tableau a plus.
  • Experience leading global governance and vendor management.
