  • Lead annual compensation cycle: merit, promotions, market adjustments, and bonus administration.
  • Own global Total Rewards framework across compensation and benefits.
  • Benchmark with Radford/Mercer/Culpepper; adjust salary ranges and job architecture.
  • Develop compensation dashboards and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Maintain global salary structures, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with TA, People Ops, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors for programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8 years in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Global experience; cross-functional collaboration with TA, HR, Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills; translate data into insights.
  • HRIS experience: HiBob preferred; Workday or SAP SuccessFactors valuable.
  • Familiarity with global payroll/fin systems: ADP, NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and statutory requirements; pay transparency.
