๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Role overview and execution of ABBYYโ€™s global compensation & benefits programs through analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.
  • Partner with TA, People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors for market-driven pay and benefits decisions.
  • Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and internal equity reviews; support merit cycles and offers.
  • Analyze global benefits across regions and identify improvements to enhance employee value.
  • Manage compensation and benefits data in HR systems and produce recurring/ad hoc reports.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics.
  • Experience supporting global compensation/benefits programs in analytics or program support.
  • Experience evaluating benefits offerings and making market-based recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with compensation survey data and benchmarking tools (Radford or similar).
  • Experience partnering with TA, Finance, Payroll, and People Operations teams.
  • Experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments (preferred).
