  • Experience evaluating benefits and market-based recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with compensation survey data (e.g., Radford).
  • Experience partnering with TA, Finance, Payroll, and People Ops.
  • Experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments preferred.
