- Assist deal leads in transaction execution and co-investment syndications worldwide.
- Build relationships with LPs/institutional investors and guide them through to close.
- Prepare materials and memos; manage Q&A and investor calls.
- Execute co-investments end-to-end with an investor perspective.
- Support secondary transactions, including GP-led continuations and LP buybacks.
- Participate in Investment Committee discussions with investing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in investment banking or buyside (PE/infrastructure/secondaries)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; communicate complex ideas
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under time pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication with institutional investors
- Proactive, self-starter with collaborative, collegial style
- Bachelor's degree required
