Global Business Process Owner, Logistics

📋 Description

• Design, standardize, and improve end-to-end logistics processes globally.
• Partner with GLO, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and procurement teams.
• Define future-state processes and KPIs; shape system requirements.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across WMS, TMS, ERP.
• Drive adoption of new processes and operating rhythms across regions and partners.
• Work with external partners to build scalable logistics capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, ops strategy, or related field.
• Experience leading transformation across logistics, inventory, or network optimization.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, visibility tools, and 3PL systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical process and system solutions.
• Experience developing process flows, governance, KPIs, and implementation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
