🎯 Requirements
- 2-3+ years in US Benefits Administration and Compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
- Detail-oriented; able to balance priorities amid high-volume requests.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively; handle ambiguity.
- HRIS/Benefits administration experience in Workday.
