- 2-3+ years experience in US Benefits Administration and Compliance.
- Empathetic, intuitive approach to designing people-focused solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented; able to balance high volumes and drive projects.
- Able to work independently and with teams across time zones.
- HRIS/Benefit administration experience in Workday.
