🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years in HR with 2–3 years of global benefits experience; pre-IPO/public co preferred.
- Proficient with Workday for benefits management (strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; US/APAC regulations are a plus.
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data.
- Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to audience and employees.
