📋 Description

  • Manage and administer employee benefit programs for primary and backup countries.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–8 years in HR with 2–3 years of global benefits experience; pre-IPO/public co preferred.
  • Proficient with Workday for benefits management (strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; US/APAC regulations are a plus.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to audience and employees.
