🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- 5-8 years HR with 2-3 years global benefits experience; pre-IPO/public co preferred.
- Proficient with Workday for benefits management (strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; US/APAC knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication skills with ability to adjust messaging.
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data.
