๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own day-to-day LOA programs globally across regions.
  • Manage full lifecycle of leave cases (medical, parental, personal, statutory).
  • Primary contact and SME for LOA processes, policies, and employee support.
  • Partner with U.S. and Canada LOA admins for global coordination.
  • Ensure accurate leave tracking, documentation, and reporting across systems.
  • Conduct regular LOA audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7+ years of experience in benefits and/or LOA administration.
  • Strong experience managing LOA programs across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA).
  • Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
